- There was an error in printing, design, or the product (e.g., the printed design is incorrect or the product does not match what was ordered).
If your product has any defects or manufacturing errors, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to resolve the issue.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, or if we made an error in production, we offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
To process your refund or replacement, you will need to send us a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a brief description of the issue. This will help us speed up the process.
